CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

What an assessment can establish.

Does this guarantee security or regulatory compliance?

No. An assessment is bounded by scope, methods, access and time. It does not certify compliance or establish the absence of vulnerabilities.

Will CEBS test any target submitted here?

No testing is triggered by this site. Written authorization, target boundaries and engagement terms must be agreed before any assessment.

Is this a managed SOC or incident response service?

No managed SOC, incident response retainer or continuous monitoring capability is implied. Such services would require a separately defined and qualified operating capability.

Which assessment references can inform the scope?

Where appropriate, agree requirements using OWASP ASVS and NIST security assessment guidance. Referencing these does not confer certification or endorsement.

Start with an agreed security question.

Tell us the system, business context and decision your assessment needs to support.
